I’m a bit of a diva when it comes to edge guard tape. It bugs me when tape starts coming up on the edges (which happens to me often because I like stretching it tight around the corners of my paddles). This tape is cloth-like flexible, and I find it to be better for staying put than vinyl tapes which are more rigid. It did take a couple times to realize which size would be best, so I’ll share what I learned about sizes below.
The narrow size is 20mm wide (I’d imagine this would be good for paddles that are 10-12mm thick), the standard is 25mm (which I assume would be good for paddles 14-16mm thick), and the wide is 30mm (which I would use for paddles 16+ mm thick). The photo I shared has a standard width tape on it and is installed on my 20mm thick Selkirk Luxx. I wish I woulda gone with the wide width for a little more coverage, but the standard is sufficient as noted in the photo.
Love it. I like how you don’t have to worry about it being toxic. I love that you don’t have to add electrical or edge guard tape which adds more unwanted weight to your paddle, just to cover it. Never going beck to lead tape.

This product is amazing. All the benefits of weighted lead without the dangers of handling it. Also, on the back part of the packaging has a measuring unit provided from 0-4 inches and tells you how much grams per inch it will be depending on the weights you’ve ordered. Love this idea!! All in all, great product and thought process to making things easier for the consumer to know exactly how much weight they are putting on per strip they cut.
These overgrips are seriously tacky. Some of the best I've tried so far. If you like Bodhi grips, you'll love these! All the colors I like are always in stock, too! Get yours!
The soft Ultra tack overgrip stays firmly in my hand and provides just enough squish to help remind me to have soft hands. Because I have big hands, I use two of these overgrips on top of the factory grip. Braydon has been very helpful with his paddle reviews and database and I'm excited for this addition to the lineup!
Got some .5g per inch tungsten tape to evenly distribute the weight more on my paddles, good quality tape, will order more once this roll is out!
