Refund policy

At Pickleball Effect, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist!

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. The product does not need to be in the same condition as when you received it, but we do ask that it is returned in the original packaging if possible.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the return form at the bottom of this page. Once completed, our support team will send you a return label to ship the product back.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: After receiving your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the form below or contact us at support@pickleballeffect.com for assistance.
